‘It’s chaos’: restaurant owner films floods tearing through Sicily



Heavy rainfall continued to flood streets in the city of Catania in Sicily on Tuesday. Simona Ursino, owner of a local restaurant, filmed rain water flooding the streets around Catania's main square. A powerful cyclonic storm has wreaked havoc on the city for the past three days and is expected to peak between Thursday and Friday.
