Medicare trustees say fund will be exhausted by 2028

http://youtu.be/66g4svTynb8
On Wednesday, trustees of the U.S. federal program that pays elderly Americans' hospital bills will exhaust reserves in 2028. This number is two years sooner than last year's estimate. However, Social Security and disability pay reserves are still scheduled to last until 2034, a number that has stayed the same since last year's annual report. The trustees emphasized that despite the decrease in the fund's lifespan, it is still scheduled to last 11 years longer than it would have before the Affordable Care Act was passed. The change in the fund's expected exhaustion date is due to changes in income and expected expenses. http://bit.ly/28NYnQW http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
