Concerns are growing in America about the threatening Zika virus that causes serious birth defects and eventually death. However, health officials are frustrated saying the concern is coming a little too late. Tom Frieden of Frieden's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says he and his team have been stressing the importance of preventing Zika for over half a year now but Congress would not listen or provide funds for awareness and treatment.
