Newt Gingrich's Contributor Role at Fox News Suspended

On Tuesday, Fox News said that it will suspend a contributor agreement with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich due to media speculation about him as a potential vice presidential candidate of Republican Donald Trump. Gingrich previously joined the network in 1999, and had his role suspended in 2011 when he ran for president. He then returned to Fox News in 2015.
