Mass Shooting In New Orleans' Famous French Quarter Leaves One Dead



A mass shooting broke out early Sunday morning in New Orleans' famous French Quarter. One person was killed and nine others were injured in a packed nightlife area. Police Superintendent Michael Harrison released a statement to reporters, and said: “We do not have the information about what precipitated the shooting, other than shots rang out, we responded to it." After the shooting, emergency workers transported victims to the hospital for treatment. One of the men died in the hospital from gunshot wound.
