Conspiracy theories went nuts and viral after C-SPAN’s regular footage was replaced by RT’s news feed for 10 minutes, switching from their live coverage of proceedings in the House of Representatives on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Representative Maxine Waters (D-California) was in the middle of a speech about an SEC regulation on the House floor at 2:30pm ET when the picture switched to an RT newscast from Moscow. And you can imagine what happened thereafter. The conspiracy theorists went nuts as you can well imagine. And recently Rosie O'Donnell called for martial law to stop Donald Trump's Inauguration on January. The bounced 'View' host is literally and actually calling for the suspension of the Constitution and to have the rule of law suspended because . . . well, you know. In an all-caps tweet, O'Donnell says that she "fully supports" imposing martial law in the United States and delaying the inauguration until Trump is "cleared" of all charges. What charges, you ask.
