Syria: Russian International Mine Action Centre opens campus in Aleppo #okc #news #wth



The Russian armed forces International Mine Action Centre officially opened its campus and begun training soldiers from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), in Aleppo on Tuesday. Head of the International Mine Action Centre, Igor Mihalik, explained that “a training centre for Syrian-Arab Republic specialists has been launched by a de-mining squad" in order to finish cleaning areas of Aleppo. Around 70 SAA soldiers are expected to participate in the first round of training, which will last between one and three months. A training centre for Syrian-Arab Republic specialists has been launched by a demining squad."
