Trump calls Senate minority leader "clown" #okc #news #wth



The incoming US president has once again described Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer as a “clown” amid a row between Republicans and Democrats over healthcare reform. In a string of fresh tweets, Donald Trump repeatedly hammered the democratic lawmaker, nearly two weeks before his taking the oath of office. Trump claimed that the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare was a lie from the beginning. He called on both parties to get together and come up with another healthcare plan. Republicans have long sought to make the scrapping of Obamacare a top priority. The Affordable Care Act allows millions of poorer Americans to get treatment, but has been criticized for raising insurance premiums.
