Authorities say a prison worker has died after being held hostage by inmates at a Delaware prison. Another prison worker was rescued safely and taken to a hospital. Officials announced in a statement that the building where the disturbance occurred at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center is now secure. Inmates took four corrections department workers hostage on Wednesday morning, which prompted a lockdown of all Delaware prisons.
