At 6h pm last night fire and rescue crews were called in for the report of people trapped in a car stuck in a flash flood (first part of video) near Pebble Beach Dr in Victorville. In a tragic turn of events, one person was rescued from it while another was found dead in it. Meanwhile in the Studio City area of Los Angeles large sinkhole swallowed a car (second part of video) following the heavy rain. One female had to be rescued from the wreck with the help of firemen with a ladder before being transported to treat minor injuries. Earlier during the day a man died after being electrocuted in Van Nuys. A hydro pole had fallen to the ground causing live wires to lay in a puddle. The man unkowyngly stepped into it, suffering a major shock and was later declared dead in hospital.
