According to former CIA director David Petraeus, the unstable relationship between the spy agency and tech industry was improving, until WikiLeaks stepped into the picture. Petraeus, says that WikiLeaks' release of thousands of documents allegedly showing the CIA's hacking tools, could be as big of a blow, as Edward Snowden's revelations about the NSA in 2013.
