The Department of Labor is suing Google "for refusing to provide documents related to an anti-discrimination audit." The department filed an administrative law complaint on Wednesday, stating that Google "withheld requested data and documents on compensation requested by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs," which is part of routine compliance evaluations.
